Looking for a role in wellness and hospitality where you can create a calm, welcoming experience for guests while working with a supportive team? Moonstone Spa at Oregon Garden Resort is hiring a Spa Desk Attendant.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, wellness culture, organization, and creating positive guest experiences. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for spa guests, helping set the tone for a relaxing and professional visit.

What You’ll Do:
• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Schedule spa appointments and manage the booking calendar
• Answer guest questions about services, treatments, and spa amenities
• Recommend treatments and packages based on guest needs
• Process payments and handle transactions using POS and hotel systems
• Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate guest records and appointment details
• Help keep the spa clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Switch laundry and fold linens throughout the day
• Reset treatment areas and common spaces after guest use

• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Interest in wellness, hospitality, beauty, or spa environments
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous front desk, hospitality, retail, or spa experience is helpful, but not required

Schedule & Availability:

Part-Time | Approximately 20 Hours Per Week | Average of 3 Days Per Week
