What You’ll Do Build and manage client relationships (new + existing) Lead client meetings and present recommendations Support financial planning and portfolio management Collaborate with team and Investment Committee Maintain systems knowledge and stay current on regulations Improve processes and contribute to team strategy What You Bring 7+ years in financial planning/investment management Financial accreditations: CPA, PFS, CFP, or CFA Strong regulatory history and industry reputation Preferred Proficiency with Envestnet/Tamarac, Junxure, and Microsoft Office Securities 65 or 66 license What Sets You Apart Experience managing complex client relationships Strong communication and presentation skills Proven client acquisition and service experience Critical thinker with strong organization and attention to detail Team-oriented, self-starter mindset Knowledge of RIA/wealth management operations Why You’ll Love Working at REDW Compensation Salary range: $121,265 - $170,000 (plus eligibility for variable compensation) Final offer based on location, experience, skills, licensure, and business need Commitment to fair and equitable pay practices 401(k) with match HSA and FSA options Flexible PTO + 10 holidays Monthly wellness reimbursement Growth & Development Learning platform + credential support Remote Support Tech provided Culture Strong focus on collaboration and inclusion Equal Opportunity Employer REDW values diversity and is committed to equal opportunity in the workplace.
