HVAC Project Administrator & Billing Liaison

LONG Building Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Administrator in Littleton, CO to support the Mechanical Solutions business unit. The role focuses on data entry, tracking functions, and interfacing between the business unit and accounting. Responsibilities include AP processing, project setup in Dynamic365, invoicing and project tracking, plus general administrative support.
