Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Oncology-Milwaukee, WI

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Oncology for the Milwaukee-Madison territory. The role focuses on driving appropriate adoption of BMS oncology medicines through scientific engagement with healthcare providers and building strong regional credibility.

Responsibilities

Promote approved BMS oncology indications within territory to meet sales targets compliantly
Conduct in-office presentations and scientific discussions with healthcare providers on product-related information
Organize and facilitate external speaker programs using approved speakers bureau resources
Build and maintain expertise on assigned products and emerging clinical data for oncology indications
Collaborate across BMS functions to gather insights and enhance healthcare provider customer experience

Requirements

Advanced scientific degree or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales, MSL, or clinical experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate scientific and clinical data accurately to physicians
Proven track record building credibility with key customers and influencers
Oncology experience preferred
Account management and sales performance history meeting or exceeding targets
Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating complex scientific information
