Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sun06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document relevant details for follow‑up. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior. Monitor access points, observe site conditions, and report maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts. Support daily property operations by assisting with visitor direction, answering questions, and communicating professionally with tenants, contractors, and/or local responders as needed. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
