Associate Product Manager - Vault CRM SuiteThe Associate Product Manager, Vault CRM, is an important position responsible for developing our world-class CRM solution. You will work closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to construct product roadmaps and define detailed product specifications. This role is for the core Vault CRM application which includes areas such as AI Agents, Account Management, Interaction Planning and Recording, Next Best Actions, Engagement Channels like Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Portals, and much more. To be successful, you must be able to 'go broad and go deep', think strategically to define your vision, craft detailed designs, and effectively communicate with your engineering, QA, and UX peers.What You'll DoDefine product priorities and roadmap by collecting and synthesizing input from customers, partners, executives, market owners, sales, services, and engineeringBe the voice of the customer and work collaboratively with product development teams to design and deliver product capabilities that meet customer/market requirementsAuthor high quality design specifications within an agile methodology based upon industry and customer requirementsCollaborate with other departments (e.g. UX, engineering, QA, operations, etc.) to manage resources, timelines, and conflictsUltimately you are responsible for creating features that are built, delivered with quality, and delight customersRequirementsAbility to think critically and ask questions to come to a solution for a problemDetail oriented, organized, good at multi-taskingExcellent communication skills (written and oral)1+ years' work experience in a fast-paced environment such as technology, consulting, finance, or analytics is preferredA strong sense of professional ethicsPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $60,000 - $120,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
