Oil Service Technician I The Service Technician plays a critical role in the success of Restaurant Technologies by installing, servicing, and maintaining advanced equipment throughout the food service industry. Responsibilities include installing core products for new customers, training customers, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing routine maintenance for existing customers. Responsibilities Install and maintain products safely, timely, and accurately. Meet operational goals and timelines, including service labor per hour, first‑time right, and 5S standards. Comply with internal processes and all local, federal, and regulated requirements (DOT, OSHA, HACCP). Maintain proper parts, supplies, and paperwork in service vehicles. Communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets expectations. Provide training and coaching to customers as needed. Use iPhone apps for parts, customer notes, and clocking. Perform night installation work when required and adapt schedule to customer demand and installation schedules. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in a team environment. Problem‑solving skills for installation and service issues. Basic mechanical and/or electrical knowledge. Strong customer focus and positive response to challenging situations. Meet Fleet Safety requirements and maintain a clean driving record. Capacity to carry 50 pounds by hand. Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn, and reach out. Capacity to climb up and down a 20‑foot ladder. Preferred Qualifications: Vocational Training. Benefits $30 per hour + shift differential + quarterly bonus up to $5,200/yr. Opportunities to increase base pay with tenure and level‑up development programs. Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm. Medical: $0 premium for single coverage (employer HSA contribution for family coverage).
