The premier Cadillac dealership in the DMV is looking for its next long-term Finance leader.Jim Coleman Cadillac is hiring a high-caliber Finance Manager ready to get involved early and often and drive thestore's success and PVR. This is not a pit stop - we're looking for the next long-term face of the FinanceDepartment, someone who wants to build, produce, and grow with a third-generation, family-run group that's beenthe standard in the DMV for over 55 years. WHAT YOU'LL DOStructure and finalize retail and lease transactions with speed and accuracyDrive PVR and product penetration - a direct contributor to store profitabilityGet involved early and often: work the desk and engage deals before they hit the finance officePresent F&I products professionally and transparently to Cadillac clienteleSecure competitive financing across prime, subprime, lease, and retailKeep every deal accurate, compliant, and moving efficiently through fundingSupport strong CSI - we expect profitability and customer experience, not one or the other WHO YOU AREProven F&I / Finance Manager with a track record of strong PVR and product penetrationProactive with the sales desk and invested in the store's success beyond your officeEstablished lender relationships; experienced across all credit profilesSharp on F&I compliance and documentationPolished communicator - luxury or high-line experience preferredLooking for a home, not a stop - ready to build your book and your name here for years to come COMPENSATIONCompetitive, performance-based pay with serious earning potential.
