Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients entering the detox program, gathering pertinent information to inform treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions aimed at addressing substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to promote recovery.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to review client outcomes, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to improve overall care effectiveness.

• Support families by providing strategies and resources for maintaining healthy dynamics during and after the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification from substances, many of whom may also be grappling with co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical practice experience, particularly in a behavioral health or addiction treatment setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
