You’ll be entrusted with supervising a skilled SLPA while managing a manageable caseload of 20 students. Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Maryland SLP License required
• Current Maryland Teaching Certificate
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience within schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Experience supervising SLPAs is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 20 students
• Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring compliance and best practices
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Document progress and communicate effectively with staff and families
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with teachers and other specialists
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines
