It offers residents resort‑style services and amenities, gorgeous residences, and dining at three onsite restaurants, with a continuum of healthcare including Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. Position Summary Registered Nurse (NOC Shift). This role pays $42.00 to $45.00 per hour DOE. The RN provides person‑centered, individualized, and clinically competent care to all residents, temporary and permanent, ensuring services meet residents’ needs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents. Support the DON (Director of Nursing) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned. Ensure residents’ comprehensive needs are met in accordance with the nursing team. Review routines, calendar of events, and resident needs. Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock, and counted. Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete. Promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Meadows of Napa Valley. Support our Culture of Excellence in all areas of responsibility. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited RN program. Active RN license in the state, in good standing. Experience in a nursing home (Assisted Living or Long‑Term Care preferred, but not required). Flexibility to work occasional weekend/holiday shifts. Knowledge of DHS regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external individuals. Completion of a background check and drug screen. Other pre‑employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines. Physical Requirements On occasion, may need to push/pull/support up to 75 lbs.
