Concessions Cook - Q2 Stadium

The Concessions Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items for concession stands during sporting events, concerts, and special events. This position ensures food is prepared safely, efficiently, and according to company recipes and quality standards. The Concessions Cook works in a fast-paced environment, supporting high-volume food production while maintaining exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and production standards.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and portion control standards are met.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and safe food handling practices throughout service.
• Prepare food in a timely manner to support efficient guest service and event operations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including grills, fryers, ovens, and other food preparation equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to supervisors.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations throughout events.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and health department regulations.
• Properly label, date, store, and rotate food products.
• Assist with food preparation, event setup, breakdown, and cleaning responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with culinary, concessions, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Support a safe and productive work environment by following company policies and procedures.
