Job Title: Shift Leader Pay Scale: $12.00 - $16.00 Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Position Overview As a Shift Leader at our fast casual Asian restaurant, you will blend genuine hospitality with a sales-driven mindset while ensuring operational excellence. You’ll lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, hold staff accountable to established systems, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue on every shift.
