Role Overview As an Assistant Service Center Manager , you will support the Service Center Manager in leading daily operations, supervising and training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests on car care, managing staff schedules, assisting with inventory and store audits, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. You will help build a high-performance team to deliver a trusted, efficient service experience that fosters customer loyalty. Qualifications & Skills Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service settings, with a customer service mindset and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication, performance monitoring skills, and flexibility are essential. Physical requirements include standing, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with fluency in English.
