Lead a team to proactively review, audit, and update all site experiences, content, and merchanting on an ongoing basisPartner with content and creative teams to deliver compelling product storytelling and conversion-driving assetsManage cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, and IT to optimize UX and site functionalityLeading cross-functional initiatives from definition through implementation, including scoping, deliverables, and stakeholder alignmentDeveloping and executing scalable programs that generate leads, adoption, and engagement across priority audience segmentsDriving annual digital and mobile campaign strategy, planning, and execution across products and servicesChampioning the end-to-end user experience with best-in-class content, intuitive navigation, and strong SEO performance.Optimize the customer journey by analyzing customer buying and shopping behavior and CRM/CDP segmentation, identifying and prioritizing technical and UX enhancement opportunities and developing hypotheses for testingWork with Marketing Sciences team to provide monthly mobile and website analytics, campaign performance reports and benchmarks data against goals in support of overall business objectivesBuilding business cases to evaluate and justify investment in digital initiatives.Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and KochavaRequirementBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field8+ years of Digital Marketing experience with emphasis on eCommerce5+ years' experience working in a matrix organization leading direct and indirect teams towards common goals and initiative3+ years of experience in Mobile/Apps, Retention, CRM, ecommerce, retail, and segmentation and experience with Mobile Marketing measurement and reporting methodologies.This role is hybrid in Oak Brook, ILThe pay range for this position is $129,700.00 - $209,200.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
