Maintenance Technician - Escobedo at Verde Vista

We're looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for one of our 132-unit affordable housing communities, Escobedo at Verde Vista, in Mesa, AZ. If you're seeking a hands-on role where your work has a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do: Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned. Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists. Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal. Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds. Communicate with vendors and contractors. What You'll Bring: Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Valid drivers license and ability to meet insurance requirements. Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset. HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Hourly pay starting at $20-$24 an hour.
