This role focuses on high-end finish carpentry and cabinet installation for new luxury apartment construction throughout the greater Milwaukee area. You will install trim, doors, windows, and cabinets, working from blueprints and plans to deliver precise, high-quality finishes in occupied and unoccupied commercial and residential environments. The position requires strong technical carpentry skills, attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently and as part of a construction crew.

Why Work Here?

The focus is on building apartment complexes from the ground up, with an emphasis on high-end finishes and detailed carpentry work. You spend most of your time on active construction sites, using a range of hand and power tools and working both indoors and outdoors depending on project phase. Assignments often run 6-9 months at a single job site, providing a consistent environment and workflow. You must maintain a presentable appearance, as some work occurs in or near operating businesses during business hours. The role involves regular travel between job sites, with mileage considerations for longer commutes, and requires adherence to strict safety practices in a fast-paced, professional construction setting.
