Sales Manager/Project Manager

Job Overview As a Sales Manager, you will communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. You will oversee subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion of work, attend meetings, assess services of interest, check current projects, write estimates and follow up with customers, and collaborate with the team. You will work closely with the founder and Operations Manager and participate in weekly scrum meetings to brainstorm and analyze performance. Core Responsibilities Meet customers for in‑person estimates and upload all information and photos to our CRM. Create profitable estimates and send them out within 24–48 hours of visiting the customer. Send design measurements or photos to a designer for image edits. Follow up with leads, stay in communication, and close deals. Manage the customer experience at the jobsite, ensuring quality work from contractors.
