Job Title: CMS Expert – Bynder DAM Specialist Location: Beverly Hills, CA (Onsite) Experience: 4–8+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CMS Expert with strong expertise in Bynder Digital Asset Management (DAM) and content management ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, administering, integrating, and optimizing Bynder to support digital content operations, brand management, and marketing workflows. The candidate should have experience working with CMS platforms, asset governance, metadata management, and system integrations. Key Responsibilities Configure, administer, and maintain Bynder DAM environments. Design and manage metadata schemas, taxonomies, asset tagging, and governance standards. Develop and optimize content and asset workflows, approval processes, and publishing pipelines. Integrate Bynder with CMS, PIM, marketing automation, and e-commerce platforms. Manage user roles, permissions, security policies, and SSO integrations. Collaborate with marketing, content, creative, and IT teams to streamline digital asset operations. Support asset migration projects from legacy DAM/CMS platforms into Bynder. Configure brand portals, collections, asset templates, and content distribution channels. Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with Bynder support when required. Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency. Required Skills 4+ years of experience with Bynder DAM administration and implementation. Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management concepts and best practices. Experience with CMS platforms such as Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Drupal, or WordPress. Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and system integrations. Experience with metadata management, taxonomy design, and content governance. Familiarity with SSO, user management, and security configurations. Strong stakeholder communication and requirement‑gathering skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Bynder certifications or implementation experience. Experience with headless CMS architectures. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Understanding of marketing operations, digital content lifecycle, and brand management. Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato. Nice to Have Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
