Today, AutoSport Werks continues serving the same loyal customers while benefiting from the support and resources of a growing seven-shop organization.

My name is Ben Burns , and I know what it's like to work hard without feeling appreciated.

I spent years as a technician before opening my first shop in 2013 because I believed there had to be a better way to treat employees. I wanted to build a company where people were respected, where the equipment and tools were never an excuse, and where employees actually enjoyed coming to work.

Today, Burns Auto Group has grown to seven locations, but our mission hasn't changed.

We believe that when we take care of our employees, they'll take great care of our customers.

As our next Service Advisor, you'll become the face of one of Colorado's most respected European repair facilities. Your ability to create an exceptional customer experience is just as important as understanding the vehicles we service.

You'll greet customers by name.

You'll help guide them through the repair process.

You'll communicate with our technicians.

Most importantly, you'll build relationships that keep customers coming back year after year.

• Welcome every customer with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Guide customers through the repair process from arrival to vehicle pickup.
• Keep customers informed throughout their visit.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs stay on track.
• Build long-term relationships that earn repeat business.
• Help create an experience that customers tell their friends and family about.

Previous Service Advisor, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
