eLearning Specialist

To support the design and delivery of learning solutions that enhance business performance, the full-time eLearning Specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials, publish courses on the LMS, and contribute to various People Development projects in a dynamic and international environment. Key responsibilities Design and develop training materials aligned with business objectives using instructional design models and adult learning principles Create interactive, scenario-based content and assessments in partnership with subject matter experts across the organization Manage multiple People Development projects, ensuring timely implementation of training priorities while gathering feedback to improve programs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 2-3 years of experience in developing and delivering training content, with expertise in Articulate Rise and Storyline Excellent English proficiency and experience working in an international, cross-cultural environment Strong skills in structuring material, writing scripts, and designing interactive content based on instructional design principles Demonstrated ability to translate complex content into engaging learning experiences
