You'll see participants in multiple settings, including the PACE Center and occasionally in their homes, giving you a broader understanding of their needs, challenges, and goals.Unlike many nursing roles that focus on a single episode of care, PACE nurses are involved throughout the participant's journey. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, therapists, dietitians, home care staff, specialists, hospitals, nursing facilities, hospice providers, and community partners.What makes PACE truly different is that the interdisciplinary team doesn't just identify problems. We work together to make decisions and implement solutions. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
