Lead Clinical Excellence and Help Shape the Future of Ambulatory Pharmacy CareWe are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Team Leader Pharmacist to provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and advanced pharmaceutical care within our ambulatory pharmacy services. In this role, you will combine direct patient care responsibilities with leadership and mentorship opportunities, helping ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting the growth and development of pharmacy team members.As a clinical leader, you will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy, improve patient outcomes, and advance ambulatory pharmacy services.
