We are looking for multiple CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team in Plantsville, CT. ASAP!

CNC Programmer / Machinist Requirements:
- 5+ years of CNC milling/setup experience required
- 10+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
- CNC programming experience required
- Experience with with Mastercam required
- Hands-on experience with 3+2 machining on a 5-axis machining center required
- Able to read engineering drawings/GD&T, select tooling, and perform precision inspections required
- Experience with Haas 5-axis machining centers, including the UMC series preferred
- Previous lead machinist experience preferred

CNC Programmer / Machinist Responsibilities:
- This role involves setting up, programming, and operating CNC vertical and 5-axis milling machines, including 3+2 machining
- The machinist will handle tooling, workholding, offsets, probing, first-piece inspections, program adjustments, and troubleshooting throughout production
- The position also provides an opportunity to take a leadership role by supporting other machinists, helping solve technical issues, and working with Engineering, Quality, and Production to improve machining processes
