Regulatory and Compliance Associate

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Regulatory and Compliance Associate with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity within the Pharmaceutical industry, located in Hauppauge, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to gather, maintain, and produce customer-facing materials such as questionnaires, specifications, certifications, and other requested documentation within established deadlines
• Serve as a primary liaison between suppliers and customers to ensure accurate and timely exchange of regulatory, quality, and technical information
• Maintain organized records and manage databases supporting regulatory and compliance activities
• Provide support with customer complaints by following established internal procedures and documentation standards
• Assist with preparing, submitting, and maintaining product and facility registrations with the FDA and applicable state agencies related to regulated ingredients
• Review and verify Certificates of Analysis to confirm alignment with approved product specifications
• Partner with logistics and supply chain teams to prepare and submit product usage documentation to address FDA import and clearance matters
• Support ongoing supplier and customer relationships by responding to information requests and coordination needs as they arise
• Contribute to new initiatives and special projects across regulatory, quality, or related areas as assigned by leadership

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years Regulatory or Compliance experience

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $70,000-80,000/yr
