Description Job Overview Donson is looking for building maintenance/housekeeping personnel. This position is full-time day shift and requires ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace. Check out more about our company at Shift Monday – Friday: 8am – 4.30pm Location Alsip, IL Requirements Qualifications/Requirements Ability to lift 50lbs or more Must be 18 years or older with valid drivers license Ability to work at a fast pace and keep up with several building needs Must be a team player and have reliable transportation Previous experience in building maintenance is a plus Responsibilities Daily tasks include: sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, cleaning interior facilities Maintain exterior grounds including; litter, summer watering, basic planting Removal of trash, scrap metal and debris Assist in building related projects including; painting and installation of basic instruments (as needed) Perform general cleaning duties Checks and reports visible damage to interior/exterior of property or materials Monitor and report supply needs Have a fantastic attitude and show a willingness to learn Other duties as assigned Benefits 401K Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Opportunity for Flexible Schedule Night Shift Premium Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
