General Dermatologist Opportunity Lancaster County, PA

Practice Overview Well-established physician-owned dermatology practice with four convenient office locations throughout Lancaster County. Offices are 15-20 minutes apart with fixed, non-rotating schedules.

Position Details Seeking two full-time General Dermatologists for medical and surgical dermatology.

See 30-45 patients per day
Supported by two dedicated clinical assistants (MAs/LPNs/RNs) per physician
Assistants handle all scribing in NextTech EMR, rooming, and prescription submissions
Preferred 4-day work week (Tuesday-Friday); Friday coverage especially needed
Work across 2-3 locations per week
No Mohs surgery required (covered by part-time Mohs surgeons)

Support Infrastructure

Full in-house pathology laboratory with dedicated dermatopathologist
Pathology team manages most patient follow-ups
Strong mid-level provider support
Separate cosmetic center offering optional cosmetic work (no scheduling conflicts)

Compensation & Partnership

Base salary + 40% of collections model
Realistic earning potential of $500K+ after year 1.
Clear 2-year partnership track with equity buy-in through sweat equity
Partnership includes share of substantial passive income from lab, cosmetic center, and other revenue streams
