Support Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented, organized professional looking for a stable, hands-on office role? We are seeking a reliable Mail & Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Lewisville, TX!

In this key on-site position, you will manage daily office mail operations and administrative processing according to client specifications. Working standard daytime hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), you will process incoming mail, print and package outgoing letters, operate mail room machinery (sorting, stuffing, and stamping equipment), and prepare FedEx shipments with accurate labeling. You will also use Microsoft Office tools to maintain workflow records, scan and fax documents, and collaborate with team members during peak volume periods. If you bring strong attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and a collaborative, team-first attitude, this position offers an engaging environment to showcase your skills.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Process incoming and outgoing mail, operate mail sorting and packaging equipment, print client correspondence, and perform general administrative support in an office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, sort, and distribute incoming mail strictly based on client requirements.

• Print, organize, and prepare outgoing client letters for delivery.

• Operate office machinery, including mail sorting, stuffing, stamping, printing, scanning, and faxing equipment.

• Pack boxes and generate shipping labels for outbound FedEx packages.

• Assist team members with basic administrative projects and maintain quality under tight deadlines during peak periods.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• 0–2 years of experience in an office, mailroom, or administrative support setting.

• Familiarity with office equipment, including scanners, printers, fax machines, and sorting equipment.

• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Ability to follow detailed client guidelines and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
