We're Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

As a Physical Therapist Assistant , you will provide physical therapy treatments designed to help residents improve their independence, mobility, and overall functional abilities under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.

• Collaborate with members of the rehabilitation team to deliver programs that align with each resident's needs, abilities, and goals.

• Assist the Physical Therapist with tests, evaluations, and complex procedures as directed.

• Instruct residents, families, and caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques and treatment activities under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.

• Support residents in achieving greater independence and functional ability through quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) .

• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills .

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .

• A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care.
