Job DescriptionJob DescriptionInspire Behavioral Solutions provides treatment utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related disorders. ABA is the only scientifically proven behavioral method effective in the treatment of ASD. Our mission is to teach our learners the necessary skills, or socially significant behaviors, to successfully learn from their environment without additional supports. The Inspire team specializes in a Verbal Behavior approach, and utilizes Natural Environment Teaching to promote the spontaneous generalization of skills. Socially significant behaviors include but are not limited to the following: social/conversation skills, reading, academics, gross and fine motor skills, activities of daily living (i.e., dressing, eating, toileting, personal hygiene).We need a Registered Behavior Technician to join the Inspire team providing therapy to children with autism. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working with children with developmental disabilities as well as possess an enthusiastic personality.
