Establishes goals with the patient and plans, develops, and implements individual physical therapy programs. Designed to improve patient mobility and independent function. Provides age and developmentally appropriate care to pediatric to geriatric patients. Effectively interacts with patients, doctors, and other healthcare members. Assesses, plans, treats, evaluates, and implements a plan of care for all clients seen. Demonstrates understanding of admission process and treatment costs. Communicates and interacts with patients, families, physicians, and staff. Completes documentation of all patient care activities in a timely manner in electronic medical record. Ability to transfer and position patients.
