Applications Support Analyst
STM Consulting, Inc.
Provide technical support for critical software applications throughout the full software lifecycle, including production support and upgrades. Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and deploy software updates. Implement automation solutions to streamline processes, increase productivity, and reduce operational costs. Develop and maintain clear documentation for support tasks, procedures, and system configurations. Maintain up-to-date technical expertise and actively share knowledge within the team. Work closely with internal customers to understand integration needs and drive innovation through automation. Utilize strong skills in Linux, command-line scripting, integration, and relational databases to support enterprise software systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr STM Consulting, Inc.
