The first three weeks will involve extensive training, including shadowing and observing, based on individual learning speed. Employees may be required to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. The role requires flexibility to work overtime and weekends if necessary.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Mansfield, MA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
