You will serve as the primary contact for customer support and facilitate resolution of receivables while maintaining accurate documentation of workers' compensation claims. The role requires a customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills. Preferred candidates should have at least one year of experience in a medical setting and be proficient in the MS Suite.
