Sr. Technician Packaging

As a Sr. Technician Packaging, you will be trusted to operate packaging line of sterile products to the completion of the product and to provide the best productivity while showing efficiency and flexibility at our Fort Worth North Manufacturing Team in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities Perform review of MBRs using available checklist Review all supporting documentation Perform or assist with line clearance Operate and troubleshoot all machinery Assist with check-in of components and completion of supporting documentation Operate and lead at least 3 lines both labeling and packaging, from the exit of the fill suite to the completion of the packaging Ensure accurate escalation of issues to maintenance, Group Leads, and Supervisors Act as a point of contact for support groups Drive productivity and efficiency on the packaging floor In the absence of a Group Lead, perform the Group Lead's tasks Assist the Group Lead with all production matters Utilize SAP for various production needs Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English Work hours: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 4:00pm (some weekend work required) Travel Requirements: 0 to 10% Relocation assistance: No Sponsorship available: No Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of SAP experience Experience in training others in processes and procedures Benefits Collaborate with teammates to share standard processes and learnings as work evolve See your career like never before with focused growth and development opportunities Join Alcon's mission to provide outstanding, innovative products and solutions to improve sight, improve lives, and grow your career!
