Job Summary:
Apex Lawnco LLC is seeking an experienced Lawn Care Worker to handle residential and commercial mowing, line-trimming, and comprehensive Fall leaf cleanups. In this role, you will work closely with a Crew Leader to efficiently complete a daily schedule of properties, ensuring excellent service and sharp attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate line-trimmers, leaf blowers, small lawn mowers, and commercial mowing equipment.
• Property Maintenance: Perform precise lawn trimming, edging, and extensive leaf blowing/clean-up services during the Fall season.
• Crew Support: Assist the Crew Leader with daily tasks, load/unload equipment, and complete other seasonal duties as required (such as lawn seeding).
• Efficiency: Work diligently to complete the designated daily list of properties within scheduled timeframes.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience with line-trimmers, leaf blowers, and lawn mowers is required.
• Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a strict commitment to arriving on time every day.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work full-time outdoors in varying weather conditions, including hot, cold, and wet environments.
• Availability: Must be able to work Monday through Friday from October through December, with flexibility for Saturday shifts if weekday weather causes delays.
