Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialization in Behavioral Health to provide direct clinical patient care, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing services. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care on a shift basis and at the unit level Coordinating patient care within medical regimens and adhering to safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control standards Supporting the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining clinical competency and resource management Fulfilling hospital incident command system roles during emergencies and understanding emergency codes Performing related duties as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing school Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as required by law CPR certification Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing Skills required: strong clinical judgment, leadership abilities, adherence to safety protocols, emergency response knowledge, and effective communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr
