DSG is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in our Saint Paul, MN location. In this full time, hourly position, work is typically performed between the hours of 8am and 5pm , Monday through Friday , but may vary on occasion according to business needs. As a Fleet Coordinator , you will support our logistics team by documenting the lifecycle of road and warehouse assets, ensuring safety, compliance, and that the equipment is well-maintained for employee owners to do their job safely. A Typical Day in the Life of a Fleet Coordinator: Internal tracking and compliance documentation of all DSG road and warehouse assets, including delivery vehicles and trailers as well as powered industrial equipment within the warehouse such as forklifts: Track and monitor necessary vehicle registrations, titles and plate renewals while navigating various DMV requirements Compile accurate and timely regulatory reporting for DOT compliance (IFTA, HVUT, MCS-150, UCR etc.) Track leases and mileage on all non-DSG-owned equipment Assist with communication between external vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize fleet performance for operational demands Monitor for unscheduled downtime and corrective maintenance costs through oversight of scheduled maintenance agreements Audit and track the status of onboard equipment and essential documentation across the fleet, resolving gaps to ensure 100% operational readiness Data collection, analysis and reporting Maintain in real time an accurate master asset list for all road and warehouse assets Produce and distribute monthly reports, including leased equipment mileage, fuel spend, maintenance frequency and cost, and overall fleet utilization Transform raw data into actionable insights to propose improvements to the overall efficiency of asset spend and utilization across our footprint Participate in post-incident reviews with DSG’s Safety & Compliance Manager Submit and manage insurance claims related to vehicle and equipment incidents when appropriate, maintaining detailed records of required follow-up actions Other job duties as assigned A Successful Fleet Coordinator Typically Has: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail 1+ years in logistics coordination, fleet management or relevant experience in highvolume administrative operations High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and data visualization tools Prior experience with Fleet Management Software (FMS) or other telematics platforms Working knowledge of DOT regulations and IFTA reporting requirements Familiarity with project management and routing tools such as Smartsheet, Elite EXTRA, or EDA preferred Exposure to Motive or similar electronic logging devices preferred Commitment to workplace safety At DSG, We Offer Benefits Built for You: We are proudly 100% employee owned , which means your hard work and decisions directly benefit not only the success of the organization, but also your individual Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) .
