What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key leader in the restaurant, helping your team deliver great food, great service, and an experience that keeps guests coming back.

• Lead, motivate, and develop hourly team members
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
• Set the tone for energetic, well-run shifts
• Create clear expectations and hold the team accountable
• Maintain a safe, clean, professional, and welcoming restaurant
• Partner with the General Manager on performance, goals, and action plans
• Jump in where needed and lead from the floor
• Work approximately 45+ hours per week, with flexibility during peak business periods

What You Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• A genuine passion for leading and developing people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced restaurant
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and computer-based reporting
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
