Project Engineer - Heavy Civil

Project EngineerBuild Your Future with KCI! KCI is looking for a Project Engineer to join our team, with an initial assignment to the Union Station Tunnel Rehabilitation Project. This unique infrastructure project will require dedicated night-shift work for approximately one year.Initial Project Schedule: 6:00 p.m. – 4:30 a.m. Following completion of the Union Station project, this position will transition to other KCI projects based on business and project needs. A night-shift premium will be provided in addition to base salary while assigned to this schedule.This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a high-profile rehabilitation project while building a long-term career with KCI.What You'll DoCoordinate and track submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs to keep the project moving forwardMaintain project logs and ensure timely follow-up and resolutionTrack production for self-performed work and support the team in meeting productivity goalsMeasure and verify in-place quantities for unit price workAssist with project reporting, meeting coordination, and documentationSupport schedule updates and participate in weekly progress meetingsMaintain accurate as-built drawings and assist with project closeout documentation, including O&M manualsCollaborate with estimating and project teams as neededTake on additional responsibilities that support successful project deliveryWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field1–3 years of construction experience preferred.
