Description: As an employee ofChannel Partners, you willbe assigned to work in retail stores on a weekly, bi-weeklyand/or one-time basis. You willbe responsible forservicing retail stores within a 15-mile radius of your home address and can expect part-time, varying hours from week to week. On average, you can expect to bescheduled 2-7hourseach week.Workload may vary drastically based on the time of the year. Compensation: Employees are paid anin-store and online traininghourly rate of$13.25perhour Benefits: Paiddrive time and mileagebetween stores Out of market travel pay (drive time, mileage, per diem, hotel) Limited benefit plans for everyday illnesses and accidents Weekly Pay Schedule Earlywageaccess Paid required training (online and in-store) State-mandated sick time 401(k) after 12 months of employment W2employmentopportunity to work with a growing company that rewards and promotes its associates A variety of part-time and full-time roles across the business that can lead to consistent income Channel PartnersMerchandiserResponsibilities: Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time, including stocking and organizing products, auditing placement, tagging/signing items, collecting data, setting displays, andmaintainingplanograms Accurately report all completed in-store projects through a mobile app, including answering project-related questions and uploading required photos Make routine decisions, elevate store issues when needed, manage schedules to meet deadlines, and resolve basic service-related issues Build andmaintainprofessional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals Create and foster cooperative relationships withChannel Partnersemployees including peers,Channel Partnerscorporate employees,partnersand managers Continuously,more than 60% of the time: Lift up to 10pounds Stand and walk up to 4 hours at a time Visually see small items,numbersand codes Repetitive use of fingers,wristsand hands Frequently, 30% - 60% of the time: Lift up to 25 pounds Stoop and bend Kneel and crouch Reach above and below shoulder level Occasionally, less than 30% of the time: Lift up to 50 pounds Climb ladders Climb stairs, use escalators or elevators in assigned store if needed Minimum Qualifications: Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations, including understanding retail terminology and company software Reliable transportation to stores within a 15-mile radius of your home and ability to transport supplies as needed Internet access with printing and downloading capabilities Regular access to a smart device with a data plan, app download capability, and photo upload functionality Active email address and phone with voicemail Strong communicationskills in person, by phone and via email Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects by deadlines Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills Ability to use basic tools such as a screwdriver, boxcutterand hammer Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr Rmsrecruiter
