This role works closely with the Customer Service and Sales teams and serves as a key liaison to ensure accurate order processing, timely communication, and a positive customer experience. A background in manufacturing is helpful.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Enter customer Requests for Quotes (RFQs) into the estimation systemProcess customer Purchase Orders (POs) in Toyo Tanso USA's (TTU) sales order workbench to support sales activity and ensure accurate sales reportingNavigate and work within company and customer systems, including IndustriOS, Ariba, Pact, GE Single Sign On, iSupplier, and internal quoting systemsFollow up on RFQs, sales orders, customer inquiries, and internal requests to ensure timely resolutionCollaborate with Sales and CSR team members to support customer needs and business objectivesPerform additional duties as assigned to support department and organizational goalsQualifications:High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.Microsoft Office software experience preferred including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong problem-solving ability with the flexibility to manage unique, case-by-case situationsAbility to interpret and follow written, verbal, diagrammatic, or schedule-based instructionsProfessional communication style with the ability to maintain respectful, positive dialogue with interdepartmental customersFluency in Japanese preferred but not required*Toyo Tanso USA offers great benefits!Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance with employer paying 90% of monthly premium!401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match!PTO + 9 paid holidays annually!Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,500 per termQuarterly Bonus Program beginning after 90 daysOpportunities for career growth!Toyo Tanso USA is an EEOC employer.
