Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities: <\/span><\/b>

• Oversee all Front Desk, guest services, and front office operations. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Lead, coach, and develop the front desk team to deliver personalized, high -touch service. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Manage daily shift operations, room inventory, and guest accounts. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Handle escalated guest concerns and maintain high satisfaction scores. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments for efficient operations. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements in service and revenue (upselling, etc.). <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ensure compliance with resort standards and security protocols. <\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul><\/span>
  

  Requirements <\/h3>

  • 4+ years of front office management experience in a luxury resort or hotel. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong leadership, problem -solving, and guest relations skills. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency with property management systems (PMS). <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Flexible schedule with availability for all shifts as needed. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Passion for luxury hospitality in a beachfront setting. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Due to visa restrictions, at the
    moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada. The limitation to Mexican and Canadian
    nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a
