Senior Clinical Research Associate - Psychiatry(US, Central)

Senior Clinical Research Associate supporting psychiatric and CNS trials across Central US sites. The role involves site management, protocol monitoring, regulatory compliance oversight, and study lifecycle coordination from qualification through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical research activities and site performance monitoring throughout study lifecycle
- Conduct pre-selection, initiation, interim, and closeout visits at investigative sites
- Train site personnel on protocol requirements, data collection, and safety reporting procedures
- Ensure compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and applicable regulatory standards
- Partner with sites and sponsors to maintain data quality and participant safety
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or nursing degree required
- 5+ years experience as regional, traveling Clinical Research Associate
- Demonstrated monitoring experience in CNS and psychiatric clinical trials
- Full-service monitoring experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Ability to travel 8-10 days monthly within Central US region
Compensation: $97,000.00 - $193,000.00 annually
