Customer Support Representative

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Sherman Oaks, CA within the food and beverage production industry. The Customer Support Representative will handle phone and email inquiries, process customer-related paperwork, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure requests are completed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries by phone and email in a professional, timely manner. Process paperwork, forms, and customer documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve customer needs, order questions, or service requests. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and completed tasks. Provide clear written communication while managing multiple requests in a fast-paced support environment. Support a positive customer experience by demonstrating patience, professionalism, and follow-through. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $22 to $25 per hour. Job type: Direct hire.
