We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team and support the continued growth and excellence of our behavioral healthcare programs.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, compliance, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or related field
Knowledge of AHCA regulations, behavioral healthcare standards, healthcare compliance requirements including joint commission and DCF standards
Experience conducting audits, preparing for inspections, and managing corrective action plans
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to communicate compliance requirements effectively across all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership teams
Specific Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
- Monitor compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, accreditation standards, and internal policies
- Conduct routine audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments across departments and facilities
- Prepare teams for regulatory surveys, inspections, audits, and external reviews
- Track corrective action plans and ensure timely completion of identified compliance opportunities
- Review documentation, processes, and workflows to identify areas of risk and improvement
- Provide guidance and education to leadership and staff regarding compliance expectations and best practices
- Assist with policy development, revisions, and ongoing compliance training initiatives
- Maintain compliance records, reports, and documentation related to audits and investigations
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, nursing, HR, and leadership to strengthen organizational compliance
- Support incident reviews, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives
- Stay informed of changes in healthcare regulations and communicate impacts
