Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of travel experience is preferred.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• AS completion required.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Facility Details: Parking Cost: $125/month

Special Requests: - No RTO will be approved; summer coverage needed.

Shift & Scheduling: - Rotating days; part of the rotation includes some Saturdays and weekend shift coverage. - Start times may vary depending on location; 645AM will be the preferred start time. - No call.

Floating Requirements: - Will float between the following locations as needed: 1450 Chapel St, New Haven - Main Campus; 111 Goose Lane, Guilford - 16 miles; 2 Devine St, North Haven - 9.5 miles; 325 Boston Post Rd, Orange - 5 miles; 633 Middle Tpke, Old Saybrook - 30 miles; 84 N. Main St, Branford - 8 miles.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 01/18/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
