Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Gastroenterologist, you will join our growing practice at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Lufkin, TX. You will play a pivotal role in the success and development of our Gastroenterology practice. Every day you will provide expert clinical care in advanced gastroenterology, including management of complex gastrointestinal conditions, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions. To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Gastroenterologist with a passion for helping patients, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high‑quality comprehensive care within a busy community‑focused practice. Provide expert clinical care in advanced gastroenterology, including management of complex gastrointestinal conditions, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions. Contribute to the growth and development of the gastroenterology division within Baylor St. Luke's Health. Potential option to invest and partner in a joint venture ambulatory surgery center. Role involves performing advanced endoscopic procedures including ERCP, EUS, and EMR. Some call will be required. Epic EMR. Enjoy the benefit of no state income tax!
