Lease Administrator

RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm, is partnering with a Real Estate Investment Trust that owns a diversified portfolio of freestanding retail stores across the United States. We are currently recruiting for a Lease Administrator to join their dynamic and collaborative team located in Downtown Orlando, FL. This person will be responsible for the complete and accurate abstracting and set-up of property, lease and loan documents in various systems for NNN’s property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience within commercial real estate, a good understanding of contract and leasing language and documentation, and preferable experience with a real estate management software. We are looking for someone with high attention to detail, the ability to manage conflicting deadlines, and excellent communication skills. This opportunity offers an excellent base salary (up to $67k base) plus an 8% annual target bonus, and the opportunity to work in a close-knit and team-oriented environment while partnering directly with some of the top executives in the company.
