Location: South Minneapolis, MN
Pay: $19.00 per hour

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Packer to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for accurately packaging customer orders, verifying products, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is dependable, coachable, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack customer orders according to specifications and production schedules.
• Verify products against shop orders to ensure accuracy.
• Follow special packaging instructions and procedures.
• Operate counting equipment, weight scales, barcode readers, computer terminals, and other electronic devices.
• Record production activities and quantities accurately.
• Perform Foreign Object Debris/Damage (FOD) inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and documented work processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, standards, and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to use a caliper and micrometer to make basic measurements and identify different parts.
• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Schedule

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
